1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff owns a temple, a temple affiliated with A religious organizations, a 203,337 square meters of the Man-gu, Yan-gu, Yandong-gu, Sinyang-si, the area of which is adjacent to the temple, and a 74.8 square meters of a house and a store with a 74.8 square meters of the land (hereinafter “instant land”).
