Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. A. A real estate ownership relationship 1) The ownership was owned by Dong-dong 1,455 square meters: on February 11, 2006, the registration of ownership was completed under the Plaintiff’s name on June 19, 2006 due to the inheritance due to the division on division as of February 11, 2006. D land was changed into a forest land in December 24, 1984; and I land was changed into a road in February 21, 1991.
