1. All appeals filed by the plaintiff and the defendant are dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal shall be borne by each party.
The purport of the claim and appeal is the purport of the appeal.
Reasons
This court's reasoning is as follows, except for the rejection of Gap evidence Nos. 7 and 8, for which the plaintiff's assertion is insufficient as additional evidence submitted in the trial, and thus, it is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance.
Therefore, the judgment of the first instance is legitimate, and all appeals by the plaintiff and the defendant are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
