1. The grounds for admitting the judgment of the court of first instance are the same as the entry of the reasons for the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, they are cited pursuant to the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
(The plaintiffs are basically repeating the same arguments in the court of first instance. The plaintiffs' claims are justifiable, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just, even if they are added to the allegations that have been partially supplemented in the court of first instance and the testimony of the witness M of the party concerned. 2. Accordingly, the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed as they are without merit. The judgment of the court of first instance is just, and the plaintiffs' appeals are dismissed as they are without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent.
