B. At around 10:51 on the same day, the Defendant used a stolen credit card by settling KRW 55,000 with the credit card of the bank, which was stolen, in G located in F of the Budget Group on the same day.

C. At around 11:59 on the same day, the Defendant received a marina club located in the Hanam Budget Group H and settled the stolen credit card amounting to KRW 1.80,000 with the said stolen credit card, and used the stolen credit card.
