On May 22, 2017, the Defendant driven a nived car with alcohol level of 0.199% in blood alcohol level at approximately 350 meters in front of the same 1-gil 163 (Shodong) of the same malleg in the vicinity of the marb in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu. Around May 22, 2017.
