On January 23, 2008, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 100,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and a fine of KRW 2.5 million as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act in the same court on December 15, 2011. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving of a Cgallon vehicle as stated on the date of issuance of the summary order. On March 25, 2013, the Defendant was under the influence of 0.18% of alcohol concentration in blood at 0.18% at the Sincheon-si, Geumcheon-do without a driver’s license.
