1. The defendant shall receive on June 9, 200 from the registry office of Gwangju District Court with respect to the real estate stated in the attached list to the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: Request for cancellation of the registration of chonsegwon established on the ground of expiration of the period of chonsegwon (33m2 in the south part of the above building and the return flag on June 8, 2002) under the name of the defendant with respect to the building listed in the attached list as a exclusion of interference based on ownership: The cancellation of the registration of chonsegwon established on the ground of expiration of the period of time of lease on the other part of the above building (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act);
