A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not less than two months, and a person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not less than six months.
Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes committed on March 10, 201;
A. On March 10, 201, at around 07:10, the Defendant driving CM5 cars without obtaining a driver’s license on a section of approximately 3.8 km from the front side of a glarg apartment in Seogu-gu, Seo-gu to the front road of the “Yland bath” located in the same Gu scattering Dong.
B. On March 10, 201, at around 07:16, the Defendant forged a private signature in the name of the said E without authority by stating “E” to the person who was requested to sign a portable device (PDA) after driving a fire fighting boat located in the Seo-gu Seo-gu Scatteringdong, Daegu, as described in the foregoing paragraph (a), and was exposed to a light-line D in violation of the signal, and was issued a notice from the said D and was issued.
