Punishment of the crime
From October 2017, the Defendant, who was working as C Party D Chairman from around C Party D, was registered as a preliminary candidate on March 8, 2018 and resigned on May 8, 2018.
No one shall distribute the photographs, documents, etc. indicating the names of persons intending to become a candidate, in violation of the Public Official Election Act, in order to have an influence on the election from 180 days before the election day to the election day.
