One of the three cargo vehicles (B) seized shall be from the defendant.

On July 2019, the Defendant: (a) obtained a proposal from the above “C” that “A will bring about KRW 500,000 to KRW 50,00,00,000; and (b) agreed to take part in the commission of the crime, by using a string and valve connected to the oil pipelines located in C at Jeonju, by an insular means; and (c) obtained a proposal from the above “C” that “A will take part in the crime.”

At around 02:58 on July 16, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of light oil equivalent to a total of 30 times in total from around 02:03 to around 01:03 on September 9, 2019 by the following methods: (b) the Defendant: (c) the Defendant, at the valves connected to the end of the irrigation facilities, reported the entire network; (d) while the Plaintiff, “F,” operated the valves; (c) reported the network around his name; and (d) distributed the stolen light transit to the G oil station in a plastic box; and (e) sent the stolen light oil to the G oil station in his name, in which it was loaded in the plastic box; and (e) committed a theft of light oil over a total of 30 times in the same manner as the list of crimes in attached Form.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with the above “C”, stolen petroleum by using facilities to steal petroleum.
