1. Violence;

A. On October 30, 201, at around 17:30 on October 30, 201, the Defendant assaulted the victim on the ground that the victim talks with the Defendant by making a telephone to the mother of the Defendant and talks with the Defendant at the house of the Defendant in Songpa-gu Seoul F apartment 307 Dong 803, Songpa-gu Seoul, Seoul, 201.
