1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 33,691,90 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 12, 2019 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
From September 2018 to January 2019, the Plaintiff engaged in wholesale and retail business of agricultural and fishery products, etc. supplied the Defendants operating “E” as a partnership business with agricultural products equivalent to KRW 154,416,400, and the present amount of goods unpaid is KRW 33,691,900.
(A) Evidence No. 1 to 5, and the purport of the entire pleadings. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the unpaid amount of KRW 33,691,90, and damages for delay.
