1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 116,060,587 and KRW 92,953,925 from February 28, 2019.

(2) However, the Plaintiff’s claim for damages for delay among the claims was partially reduced as indicated in the Disposition, pursuant to Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended at the date of the first pleading).
