1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Details of recognition and disposition;
A. The plaintiff entered the Army on March 7, 1963 and was discharged from military service on September 18, 1965 with the maturity of the hospital.
B. The Plaintiff was transferred to the 25th unit telecommunication units after entering the 25th unit, and was hospitalized in the Ya Hospital on March 18, 1964, which received education by attending the 25th unit of communication schools.
C. At the time of the first hospitalization, the medical records and the admission records of the Plaintiff include the following: (a) the Plaintiff had a high-speed high-speed on credit on June 10, 1963; (b) the Plaintiff complained of honest disorder, second name, and second name; and (c) the records of April 20, 1964 contain the content that the right high-frequency was cured, and thus, (d) the Plaintiff was discharged on the ground that the right high-frequency was cured.

On May 15, 2014, the Defendant rendered a disposition of non-approval of the Plaintiff’s application (hereinafter “instant disposition”) on the ground that the Plaintiff did not meet the requirements for a person of distinguished services to the State and a person eligible for veteran’s compensation under the Act on the Honorable Treatment and Support of Persons, etc. of Distinguished Services to the State (hereinafter “Act on the Honorable Treatment of Persons of Distinguished Services to the State”) and the Act on Support for Persons Eligible for Veteran’s Veteran
