1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from July 16, 2015 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3, and Articles 194 through 196 of the Civil Procedure Act.
