A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person in charge of C affairs while working as B of “(S) Dong-dong Tourism” located in Busan Dong-gu, 121-23.
The Defendant, while leasing buses for field experience studies, etc. at schools at Busan level, ordinarily, demanded that vehicles be transported within five years from the date of delivery in order to ensure the safety of students in the case of a school that intends to rent chartered buses be used to ensure the safety of students, but when vehicles meeting the above conditions are insufficient at the time of dispatch, the Defendant was willing to submit to the school by altering the “the date of initial registration” and “fluence” parts of the registration certificate, which are required documents, as if they are vehicles within five years after delivery.
1. On May 10, 2010, the Defendant modified the first registration date by inserting “2004” and “2004” of “204” in the column of the first registration date on the right upper corner of the D motor vehicle register, which is the leased motor vehicle, through the computer work, in a way of reproducing “2006” with the number same as that of the pertinent number by inserting the number “2006” and then copying it from around April 28, 2010 to around June 3, 2010, the first registration date was changed to “206” and “206” as indicated in the attached list of crimes. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 22190, Nov. 29, 2006; Presidential Decree No. 220067, Apr. 28, 2010>
Accordingly, the defendant altered the registration certificate in the name of the Busan Metropolitan City Motor Vehicle Registration Office, which is an official document, for the purpose of exercising.
2. On May 10, 2010, the Defendant presented a copy of an altered registration certificate as stated in Paragraph 1 through a bus engineer, and exercised the official document altered by submitting it in the same manner eight times from April 28, 2010 to June 3, 2010, as indicated in the separate list of crimes.
