성명 불상자는 검찰청, 금융감독원 직원 등을 사칭하며 다수의 피해자들에게 접근하여 명의 도용 문제가 생겨 수사 중이기 때문에 금원을 인출하여 수사기관과 협업 중인 금융감독원 직원에게 전달하라며 피해자들을 기망하는 역할을 하고, 피고인은 2018. 1. 5. 경 인터넷 구인 구직 사이트 ‘ 알 바 천국’ 을 통해 일자리를 검색하던 중 고액의 아르바이트가 있다는 글을 보고 성명 불상자의 위 챗 아이디 ‘D’ 로 연락하여 대화하며 성명 불상자의 지시내용에 따라 편취금액의 3% 의 대가를 받고 피해자들을 만 나 금융감독원 직원을 사칭하여 돈을 받아 와 상선에게 전달하는 역할을 하기로 공모하였다.
