1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 69,689,00 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 21, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, who indicated the claim, supplied the Defendant with fishery products, such as ancient language, until December 28, 2016, and claimed the balance of the price of goods and damages for delay thereof. 2. The judgment of deemed confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act)
