1. Around 23:00 on August 1, 2015, the Defendant ordered the victim E (the 19-year-old age) who is an employee of the said main shop in D dan in Jeju, and assaulted the victim by making three times the victim’s maris, bucks, turbucks, and turts, etc. without any reason.

2. On August 1, 2015, at around 23:30 on August 1, 2015, the Defendant interfered with business: (a) stated in paragraph (1) that “I wish to pay the drinking value from the victim F who is an employee; (b) he was demanded to do so from the victim F to pay the drinking value; and (c) caused excessive drinking value; and (d) sealed the victim with the wall by putting the victim into a wall; (b) “I will not do so. I will do so. I will do so. I will do so. I will do so. I will do so. I will see how you will live in the knife; and (d) I will am knife you will die; and (d) I interfere with the victim’s business by preventing any business from paying any disturbance over about one hour, such as threatening the victim by gathering the chair and threatening him.”

3. The Defendant was demanded to pay the amount of KRW 300,000 of the drinking value from the Victim F (M, 43 years of age) who is an employee at the time, place, as described in paragraph 2.

The Defendant, without paying the drinking value, threatened the victim as described in Paragraph 2. On the following day, at around 00:07, when the police called that he would pay the drinking value to the Defendant, he saved cash on the floor, putting it on the floor, and dried up to the victim “or frighted by drinking,” and dried up to the victim.

The defendant had a frighter victim, who frighten fright, 1.20,00 won of the remaining drinking value, and acquired economic benefits equivalent to the same amount.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired property benefits by threatening the victim.
