Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
On October 28, 2016, at around 16:00, the Defendant driven a B-purd motor vehicle without a car driver's license in approximately 2 km section from the street in front of the five apartment complexes of the Young-gu, Young-gu, Youngnam-gu, Jinnam-si to the same city from the street in the same city to the front road of the 1121-2 Bo-gu, 1121-2.
Summary of Evidence
1. Police suspect interrogation protocol of the accused;
1. Application of Acts and subordinate statutes to inquiry into driver's license data;
1. Relevant Article of the Act on Criminal Facts and Articles 152 subparagraph 1 and 43 of the Road Traffic Act, which choose the penalty for a crime;
1. Articles 70 (1) and 69 (2) of the Criminal Act for the detention of a workhouse;
1. It is so decided as per Disposition for not less than Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
