2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. On December 21, 200, the Plaintiff entered into a C insurance contract with the Defendant (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) and paid the prescribed insurance premium. The main contents are as follows.

1) Policyholders and the insured: Plaintiff 2) Insurance period: Type insurance with the content of 3 guarantee from December 21, 2000 to December 21, 2015

Disability pension: A special agreement for accident security of Grade 3,8,750,00 (final and conclusive payment in 20 times) when a person becomes a disability of Grades 1 through 3 due to a disaster - a special agreement for accident security of Grades 3, 5,250,000 (final and conclusive payment in 20 times) for accident security of Grades 1 through 3 when he/she becomes a disability of Grades 5,250,00 due to a disaster - a special agreement for accident security of Grade 3, 3,50,000 (final and conclusive payment in 20 times) when he/she becomes a disability of Grades 1 through 3 due to a disaster ranging on holidays;

B. Major contents of the instant insurance contract’s general terms and conditions are as follows. The main contents of the instant insurance contract’s general terms and conditions are as follows.

Article 8 (Grounds for Payment of Insurance Money) (1) If a cause falling under any of the following subparagraphs occurs to the insured, the Company shall pay the insurance money agreed upon to the beneficiary (see attached Table 1 “the Standard Table for Payment of Insurance Money”):

When the insured status of disability of Grades I through III in the table of disability classification for the period of insurance due to a disaster: The amount of disability benefits shall be paid. (4) If the grade of disability is not determined within 180 days from the date of the disaster in the case of paragraph (1) 2, 5, 6 or (2), the status recognized as fixed based on the diagnosis of the doctor on the date 180 days from the date of the disaster shall be determined.

However, if the state of disability becomes worse during the period of guarantee thereafter, the disability grade shall be determined on the basis of the aggravated state of disability.
