However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Around August 2019, the Defendant: (a) entered the English qualification certificate of secondary school regular teachers (Grade 2) from the Minister of Education; (b) instead of having obtained the English qualification certificate of secondary school regular teachers (Grade 1), the Defendant was employed as a fixed-term teacher in C secondary school located in Busan Northern-gu, Busan; and (c) on August 26, 2019, the Defendant was employed as a fixed-term teacher in C secondary school located in B of Busan-gu, Busan, without having obtained the English qualification certificate of a fixed-term teacher (Grade 1).

After the Defendant was employed as a fixed-term teacher as above, the Defendant had the intention to forge and submit an English English qualification certificate from Cmiddle School Teachers (Grade 1).

Accordingly, around September 1, 2019, the Defendant arbitrarily stated the number of issuance of the above teacher qualification certificate as “G”, “H”, “date of birth”, and “H” as “21 February 2019,” and printed out the date of acquisition, using the English teacher qualification certificate of FF secondary school teachers of Grade 1, which had been stored in PDF file format using a computer in the Busan BDF building and the domicile in E.

Accordingly, the defendant has forged a certificate of English teacher in the name of the Minister of Education, which is an official document, in the name of the secondary school teacher(class 1).

2. Around September 2, 2019, the Defendant submitted a copy of a English teacher qualification certificate in the name of the Minister of Education (class 1) of a middle school teacher qualification certificate in the name of the Minister of Education (class 1), as stated in paragraph 1, to the competent officer of Cmiddle School who is aware of the forgery, and exercised it as if it were a document duly formed.
