A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
3,400,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.
Punishment of the crime
On March 31, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Seoul Western District Court on March 31, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Seoul Southern Detention Center on May 22, 2011.
Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
1. On September 201, 201, at around 20:00, the Defendant received one-time medication from C, a psychotropic drug, at the mutual influorial telephone located in Daejeon U.S., and received it without compensation.
2. The Defendant administered philophones received at the same date, time, place, and as mentioned in the preceding paragraph, in a way different from coffee.
3. On October 1, 201, the Defendant received KRW 50,000 from the office E located in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu to request for the purchase of phiphones from E, and around 20:00 on the same day, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.7 gramphones from G to 500,000,000, and then delivered approximately 0.7 grams of phiphones purchased from G to E in the vicinity of the window F of the Chang-si, Chungcheongnam-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, about 15:00 following the following day.
Accordingly, the defendant assisted the trade of philophones between E and G.
4. On November 13, 201, at around 14:00, the Defendant received one million won from C to the account of community credit cooperatives (Account Number H) in the name of the Defendant, along with a request to request for purchase of phiphones, and then remitted one million won to G around that time along with a request for purchase of phiphones to the account designated by G.
G sent approximately 1.4g of philopon by means of the baggage of an express bus in the same day and the Defendant informed C of the time for arrival of an express bus, thereby allowing C to search for philopon from the Daejeon Dong-gu I.
Accordingly, the defendant assisted the trade of philophones between C and G.
5. On December 4, 2011, the Defendant himself/herself, at around 15:00, paid a purchase price of 550,000 won upon request by J to purchase phiphones.
