(a) Of the three floors of the buildings listed in the separate sheet, each point of the attached sheet Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1.

A. On November 15, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant during a period of up to December 31, 2016, with regard to the lease deposit of up to 31.36 square meters on the part inside the ship connected with each point of the attached Table 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1 among the three floors of the building listed in the attached Table with the Defendant (hereinafter “instant real estate”), with regard to the lease deposit of up to 9,600,000 won, monthly rent of up to 55,000 won (Additional Taxation), public management fees of up to 405,000 won (Additional Taxation), from December 16, 2015 to December 31, 2016, the Plaintiff agreed to pay at least 5,000,000,0000 won among the lease deposit of up to 31,015,0000 10,015,010,015.

(hereinafter “instant lease agreement”). B.

The defendant did not pay KRW 2,300,000 among the lease deposit and the rent.

C. On February 16, 2016, the Plaintiff notified the Defendant of the payment of the lease deposit and the rent, and notified the Defendant of the termination of the instant lease contract by serving the notice as of March 8, 2016 and the copy of the instant complaint.

The Defendant’s unpaid rent, etc. as of July 31, 2016 is a total of KRW 8,592,00 as indicated below.

2. According to the above facts finding as to the cause of the claim, since the lease contract of this case was terminated, the defendant delivered the real estate of this case to the plaintiff, and as to the total amount of KRW 8,592,000 and KRW 7,200,000 among the unpaid rent, etc.
