The Defendant was engaged in driving a B car.

1. On July 18, 2020, at around 01:46, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.122% from the section of approximately 1.5km from the section of approximately 1.5km from the 01.5km-ro, Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon to the west-ro, 133rd-ro.
