The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 37,604,582 and KRW 36,457,357 among them 24% per annum from August 6, 2020 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the request shall be as shown in the attached Form;
(However, the judgment of “creditor” is deemed to be the Plaintiff, and “debtor” to be the Defendant. 2. The Defendant submitted a written objection against the instant payment order under Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, but the Defendant did not appear on the date for pleading while failing to submit a written response, and thus, deemed to have led to the confession of the Plaintiff’s assertion in accordance with Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act.
