B and C shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000, respectively.

Defendant

B and C fail to pay the above fine, 100.

In order to obtain a certificate of class II social welfare worker, a certificate of class I social welfare worker who has experience in the practice of social welfare business for at least three years, or a certificate of class II social welfare worker who has experience in the practice of social welfare business for at least five years is issued at a corporation, facility, institution, or organization related to social welfare business, and the Minister of Health and Welfare shall submit a certificate of class II social welfare worker qualification to the Korea Social Workers Association entrusted with the affairs of issuing a certificate of class II social welfare worker qualification by the Minister of Health and Welfare, and a social welfare worker of a corporation, facility, institution, or organization related to social welfare business, which is a on-the-job training instructor, shall issue a certificate of class II on-the-job training only when the training trainee

Defendant B: (a) around September 10, 201, at the “I Center” office operated by the Gangwon-do G apartment group H in the second floor of a social welfare foundation; (b) even after completing a training program for 90 hours, Defendant B requested that the head of the pertinent center complete all training hours to the J who acquired the first class social welfare worker qualification certificate; and (c) received a social welfare field training certificate with a total of 120 hours of the training hours, as the said J completed all training hours normally.

Accordingly, on April 19, 2012, the Defendant submitted a written confirmation of on-the-job training with false completion time and received a second class social worker certificate from the Minister of Health and Welfare under the name of the Minister of Health and Welfare from the victim Gangwon-do Social Workers Association around April 19, 2012, as the Defendant completed all on-the-job training from the victim Gangwon-do Association of Social Workers.

Accordingly, the defendant is now J.
