However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

No person shall trade or smoke marijuana.

1. The Defendant purchased marijuana and smokeed to purchase marijuana from the sale of marijuana in the name-free hemp that he came to know through B. On February 10, 2019, around 21:53, the Defendant deposited 90,000 won in the D Bank account (E) bank account under the name of the limited liability company C (E) that the said sale was known to him, and on February 11, 2019, purchased marijuana from the bottom of the first floor of the multi-family house near Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, where the said sale was known at the new wall border, using one gram of marijuana, which is hidden at the outside air-conditioning room, and then smoked in the way of smoking with a fluench attached with a fluench.

2. On February 20, 2019, the Defendant agreed to purchase marijuana from the said sale in the same manner as described in the foregoing paragraph (1). On February 20, 2019, around 13:53, the Defendant deposited KRW 900,000 into the said D bank account without passbook, and intended to purchase marijuana in a way that he/she had concealed marijuana at the place known to the said sale. However, the Defendant failed to do so on the wind that does not contact with the said sale.

3. On September 2019, the Defendant smoked marijuana in the street near “I” in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, the Defendant, along with foreigners in his name and in a manner of spreading, the marijuana tobacco containing an influent marijuana, and smoking it in the way of smoking.
