A shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, the above punishment against Defendant A for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Defendant A

A. On June 26, 2016, the Defendant was driving a Frocketing-to-land vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from around 2km section from around 09:50 to around 10:10 of the same day, from around 10:10 to the front road of Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si.

3. On June 26, 2016, the Defendants jointly committed a traffic accident by Defendant A, who is in the state of non-license at the I Hospital Emergency Station in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Seoul.
