1. The defendant removed each building listed in the separate sheet 2 and 3 to the plaintiff and set out the same list 1.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiff is the owner of the land listed in the [Attachment 1] list.
The defendant without any authority owns each building listed in the same list Nos. 2 and 3 above the above land and occupies the above land.
The plaintiff seeks the removal of each of the above buildings based on the ownership of the above land, the delivery of the above land, and the return of unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent.
2. Judgment on deemed confessions of applicable provisions of Acts (Articles 150 (3) and 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act);
