Article 1 (General Provisions) A (Defendant Cooperatives) entrusts B (Plaintiff Company) with the services related to the annual meeting of the Housing Redevelopment and Improvement Project Association (hereinafter referred to as “B”) and the responsibilities and obligations for B to faithfully perform the entrusted services, and A shall actively cooperate so that the purpose of the contract may be successful by promptly delivering data and basic policies necessary for performing the services of B.

Article 2(1) Public Relations of the Assembly 2) Other matters required by Party A in connection with this contract, Article 3(2) of the General Assembly’s written resolution 3) The number of persons and personnel expenses per person, when performing the services of the draft of the General Assembly’s written resolution entrusted by Party A, are as follows:

1) The number of activity personnel: A and B shall be determined through consultation with each other. 2) The total service amount: 20,000 won per person per day of KRW 300,000 (Annex 300,000 per day of KRW 300,000 per day of KRW 170,000 per head of the actual expense settlement team, such as T/M 170,000 won or KRW 170,000,000 in charge of external affairs, per day of KRW 30,000 per day of KRW 30,000 per day of KRW 30

1. The amount to be paid as the price for services by Gap to Eul shall be the daily allowance per head under Article 3 multiplied by the service period for each person, after the general meeting is held, settled accounts between Gap and Eul after consultation; and

(A) The payment method of the service price shall be as follows: 2. A shall claim the amount adjusted by B; and A shall confirm the period of activities, etc. and pay A in cash on the date on which A consulted with B pursuant to the Fund Execution Regulations.

Article 5 (Period of Service Performance) The period of service performance shall be from April 25, 2014 to May 23, 2014.

Provided, That the service period may be adjusted at the request of A or in consultation with A.

Plaintiff

On April 24, 2014, the company and the defendant union (C at that time) concluded the following contracts with respect to the service to be performed by the plaintiff company in relation to the defendant union's general meeting of shareholders on May 23, 2014.
