On September 27, 2013, at around 23:40, the Defendant driven a blood alcohol level of 0.129%, and from the head of the upper Dong High School located in Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si to the head of the Dong High School located in Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si to the head of 411-dong, Jung River Village 1030-1, Jungcheon-dong, 2km-do.
