1. The Defendant ordered the Plaintiff to order the building indicated in the attached list, and from June 5, 2014 to the date of the name of the pertinent building.

Reasons

1. The Defendant, on March 3, 2014, leased the building listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff as deposit money of KRW 20 million, the period of KRW 36,420,000 per month, and the rent of KRW 4.2 million per month, and the above building was delivered, but the above building was delivered, and the above lease contract was terminated on October 1, 2014 due to the failure to pay the rent from June 2014. As such, the Defendant shall order the Plaintiff as the lessor, and pay the Plaintiff the unpaid rent or unjust enrichment equivalent to the unpaid rent of KRW 4.2 million per month from June 5, 2014 to the name of the building.
