The defendant is a person in charge of civil petition service and D of the Gwangju Mine Office.

On June 8, 2015, the Defendant: (a) visited the civil petition service and D office of the Gwangju Mine Office in the Gwangju Mine Office in the Gwangju Mine Office; (b) compiled one copy of the marriage report; (c) entered the civil petitioner E (27 years old) and F (25 years old); and (d) entered the civil petitioner’s personal information and marital relation into the computer for business purposes immediately after the defect in the marriage report was entered into the computer for business purposes; (d) requested the civil petitioner to submit the marriage report by reinforcement to the witness column of the submitted marriage report; and (e) rejected the marriage report.

On the following day, the Defendant entered the above civil petition into a computerized form with the receipt of a report of marriage, but did not seem to have been married before the report of marriage, and sentenced the Defendant to forge and exercise the marriage report in order to perceive the fact that the return of the above civil petition was lost, and to avoid liability.

1. On June 9, 2015, the Defendant: (a) stated “E” and “F” in the “application form for marriage in the name of the parties to the marriage with a verification-type pen; and (b) stated “G”, “H” and “F” in the resident registration number column and the “J, 203-110” and “F’s address, the address of which is “E” and “A, K, and Seo-gu, 203-10” in the witness column stating “A, K, and Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, 301.103, the Defendant signed his/her name and forged his/her report under the name of the parties to the marriage with his/her official seal affixed by the former Mining Office; and (c) forged the report under the name of the parties to the marriage with the lower court’s name on the left-hand side of the marriage report and the report under the name of the parties to the marriage.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a marriage report in the name of E and F, a private document related to rights and obligations.

2. The Defendant, at the above time and place, forged the foregoing investigation document to the person in charge of recording the same team, who is aware of the forgery.
