However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

From March 11, 2013 to April 30, 2018, the Defendant was a person who was in office as the president of Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “C”, and the above workplace is a facility that allows persons with disabilities who are difficult to work in general working environment to receive vocational training or to live a job in a specially prepared working environment. The victim D (E, self-pulmonary disability 2), victim F (n, G, intellectual disability 2), victim H (Is, intellectual disability 2), victim J (K, Is), victim J (H), victim L (M, M, intellectual disability 1) and intellectual disability 1) are disabled persons who receive vocational training at the above facility.

1. No person who violates the Act on Welfare of Persons with Disabilities shall commit violence against, or inflict an injury on, the body of any disabled person, or commit emotional abuse detrimental to the mental health and development of any disabled person;

Nevertheless, at around 09:40 on May 10, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed an inappropriate act, such as interfering with the victim D’s body, etc.; (b) placed the victim’s head into the victim’s body; (c) took the victim’s body; and (d) committed emotional abuse, such as the list of crimes, from around 2014 to April 3, 2018, on the ground that the victim’s body was committed; and (d) committed emotional abuse that may harm the victim’s mental health and development.

2. Around April 20, 2017, the Defendant, at the above workplace, threatened with the knife of the knife, which is a dangerous object, such as set forth in Appendix 18, at the above workplace, with the knife of the knife, as in the front of the Victim J (Age 27).

Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim using a knife, which is a dangerous object.
