The defendant is a person engaged in the operation of the B-to-pur vehicle.

On October 25, 2012, at around 20:50, the Defendant driven the said car in a state that it is difficult to drive the car normally due to the influence of alcohol at 0.175% on blood alcohol concentration, and the Defendant driven the said car at a low speed as an insurgical slope from the front side of the Samho apartment located in the Seosan-gu Busan Metropolitan City, Seosan-si.

Since there is a place where people can pass through due to their surrounding conditions, the driver who drives the place has a duty of care to see the front door and to drive the steering and brake system accurately.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant got a victim C (the age of 59) on the road to see the parking of the vehicle at the front section of the said vehicle by negligence, which caused the victim to suffer approximately 10 weeks of medical treatment.

Nevertheless, the defendant deposited only 7,50,000 won in total with compensation for damages except liability insurance.
