성매매알선등행위의처벌에관한법률위반(성매매알선등)
Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.
However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. From Apr. 25, 2013 to Jun. 9, 2014, the Defendant conspired with provoking D, Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad, Madice E, and, from Apr. 25, 2013 to Jun. 9, 2014, from the end of Apr. 2013 to the end of Jun. 1, 2014, “G” was provided with 19 rooms in the name of the above E, and 19 employees in the place where the massage procedure is performed, and employed a female employee, D manages the said place at night, and the Defendant, while managing the said place at night, intended to perform the business of arranging sexual traffic by receiving the amount of KRW 180,190 to KRW 190,00 per person (amount per hour) from male grandchildren who found the place.
Accordingly, on April 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) conspired with D and E to arrange to receive KRW 180,000 from H of male customers who found the above G and to have sexual intercourse with female employees; and (b) the Defendant engaged in the act of arranging sexual traffic, etc. for business purposes over 1,016 times from that time to June 9, 2014, as indicated in the separate list of crimes.

On April 2013, the Defendant: (a) prepared G business at the place indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1) and asked the name-free business operator who sells adult goods to “inciting female employees engaged in sexual traffic at the above place of business”; and (b) interview female employees who found the place of business through the introduction of the above name-free business operator; and (c) recruited three female employees under the name-free business operator to pay KRW 100,000 per time of sexual traffic.”

9. Around 28.28. In preparing I business at the above place, two female employees are recruited on the following grounds: (a) contact with the female employees working in the above G, and request I to introduce and request I to do so; and (b) contact with J and K, thereby providing KRW 100,000 per time of sexual traffic.

9. The Defendant, on June 10, 201, engaged in the arrangement of commercial sex acts as stated in the foregoing paragraph (1).
