1. The grounds for admitting the judgment of the court of first instance are the same as the entry of the reasons for the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, they are quoted pursuant to the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
[Defendant asserted that a loan certificate (No. 1) is prepared in form upon receipt of a request from the Plaintiff to show that the Plaintiff had a financial resources to a third party after the full repayment of the instant loan to the Plaintiff. However, the evidence submitted by the Defendant alone is insufficient to recognize this, and no other evidence exists to deem otherwise. Meanwhile, the judgment of the first instance court on February 2, 197 is justifiable, and the Defendant’s appeal is dismissed.
