Reasons

Punishment of the crime

A Co., Ltd. is a multi-level marketing enterprise established in the Daejeon-gu B building and the second floor around October 2015.

C uses the position of “in-house director” and sells bags for women, and introduces high-income marketing programs for which allowances are paid through recruitment of subordinate business operators, opens an explanatory meeting with Jeonju, Daegu, Busan, etc. to hold an explanatory meeting, and is practically operating a stock company A, such as business operators and fund management.

E is a person who works for the headquarters A from November 2, 2015 to December 2, 2015, and has recruited subordinate business entities.

F is a person who works as the former center from November 30, 2015 to December 31, 2015, and is a person who has recruited an operator of the former region and subordinate business.

The facts charged indicate that “Defendant H works as an entrepreneur belonging to the Jeonju Center from November 30, 2015 to December 31, 2015, and is a multi-level marketing business operator who recruited subordinate business, and is a multi-level marketing business operator.” However, with respect to H, the verdict of innocence was rendered and finalized on the grounds that it is difficult to deem that H managed and operated a multi-level marketing organization beyond the simple sales act of multi-level marketing salespersons.

Since there is no substantial obstacle to the defendant's exercise of the right of defense, this part shall be deleted.

C A Daejeon Office, Jeonju, and Daegu Center, etc. hold a business explanation meeting, and through G director, etc. in charge of the business explanation, D is a product sold from the department store to 800,000 won.

D Purchasing 400,000 won may be eligible to recruit new operators, and if a new operator is recruited, the number of new operators shall be paid 60,000 won, and if a new operator is recruited, the number of new operators shall be paid 1,40,000 won, and if a new operator is recruited, the number of new operators shall be paid 20,000 won per new operator.
