A. The defendant Young-gu Office shall have one-fifths of each of the shares of defendant B, C, and D.

2. Applicable provisions;

A. Claim against Defendant Young-gu Busan Metropolitan City Office: Judgment by confession (Article 150(1) of the Civil Procedure Act, and the Defendant recognizes the Plaintiff’s claim, that is, the Defendant’s obligation to transfer the ownership of real estate stated in the attached list, except for the issue of bearing litigation costs).

Defendant B: Judgment by service (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act)

(c) Defendant C or D: Judgment on deemed confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. The Plaintiff’s claim against the Defendants as to the cost of lawsuit is justified.

However, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendants for the registration of ownership transfer based on the same cause of claim under Busan District Court Branch 2015Kadan7826, Busan District Court Branch 2015Ga7826, and was rendered a favorable judgment. Since the Plaintiff failed to indicate the object in the foregoing case, the Plaintiff again filed the instant lawsuit. Therefore, the costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff
