On March 30, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (mediation, etc.) in the Hongsung Support of the Daejeon District Court on March 30, 2017, and the said judgment was finalized on July 1, 2017.

Criminal facts

The Defendant and C, who are engaged in activities in the “Scar-scarbm”, which is a red regional violence organization, was instructed by creating and sending a “Spobbook” from D, which is a vessel distribution organization, under the name of another person.
