On February 3, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Non-licenseless Driving) driven a 125cc occ ob, where no vehicle number is available, from the front side of the name-based metropolitan seat in Daegu-gu, Nam-gu, without obtaining a bicycle driver's license for a motor device, to the front side of the name-based metropolitan seat in 159, the same name-based metropolitan seat from the front side of the name-based metropolitan seat.

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation for Damages, even though he was prohibited from operating a motor vehicle on a road which is not mandatory insurance, operated a motor vehicle with no vehicle number of 125 cc which is not mandatory insurance at the date and place specified in paragraph 1.
