A. The Plaintiff entered into two insurance contracts with the Defendant with the following content.

From June 8, 2012 to June 8, 2085, the insurance coverage period of the product name insurance policy and the amount of insurance coverage covered by the policyholder and the insured (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) C (basic) KRW 50,000,000 (special agreement) for the injury of the Plaintiff’s general aftermathal disability (basic) at KRW 50,000,000,000 for general aftermathal disability (hereinafter “instant 2 insurance contract”) (hereinafter “instant 2 insurance contract”) from June 8, 2012 to June 8, 2022, the Plaintiff’s general aftermathal disability (basic) for traffic injury general (basic) at KRW 50,00,000 for driving injury, traffic injury, general aftermathal damage (special agreement) at KRW 50,000,000.

B. On April 18, 2016, at around 08:00, the Plaintiff avoided other vehicles while driving a G-learning vehicle owned by the Plaintiff (hereinafter “Plaintiff”) at the vicinity of the entrance of the F-company located in the U.S. E, and was injured by the Plaintiff’s vehicle due to an accident that the Plaintiff fell between dubs (hereinafter “instant accident”) and fell between dubs (hereinafter “instant accident”), and suffered injury, such as pressure frame for 8 chest pressure and scambling.
