Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 80,000.
Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 25,000 won shall be one day.

On June 13, 2011, at around 01:30, the Defendant, under the influence of alcohol at C cafeteria located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, committed an act of disturbing drinking, such as uttering of a riotous or disorderly speech and behavior.
