1. The defendant shall pay each of the money and each of the money listed in paragraph 5 of the attached list to the plaintiff (appointed party) and the designated parties of the attached list.
In addition to the purport of the argument in Gap evidence No. 1, the plaintiff (appointed party) and the designated parties of the annexed list shall be acknowledged as being employed by the defendant and provided labor, but they did not receive wages equivalent to the amount stated in the attached list No. 5.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay the above-paid wages and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum as provided by the Labor Standards Act from the date specified in attached Table 6 to the date of full payment.
If so, the claims of the plaintiff (appointed party) and the appointed party shall be accepted.
