From June 2015 to February 1, 2016, the Defendant, along with D, E, and the above names, paid dividends to members of the said Internet gambling site by holding the amount of money transferred by members who did not know the result of the games, etc., and posted the sports games schedule and dividend rate, etc. at home and abroad and on the website, and then managing and operating the said Internet gambling site with the total amount of money deposited from the said website to the accounts of the new bank accounts in the name of F from the members of the said website and the agricultural bank accounts in the name of H limited liability company (I) and approximately KRW 2.983 billion in total with the remittance amount of money deposited from the members, and upon the completion of the said sports games, etc., the Defendant paid dividends to the members of the said Internet gambling site by obtaining the money transferred from members who did not know the results of the games, etc., and notified Defendant 1 and the manager of the said website of the money deposited from the said website by obtaining the said website’s name and the password.

Accordingly, the defendant is in collusion with E, D, and the above name in order to make profits.
