2.Provided, That the above punishment shall be imposed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

On December 9, 2013, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 7 million due to a violation of road traffic law (drinking driving) in the Seocheon Branch of the Daejeon District Court on December 9, 2013, and such summary order became final and conclusive on December 21, 2013, and on November 18, 2010, the Defendant was punished on two or more occasions due to a violation of road traffic law (drinking driving) by imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime in the same court on November 18, 2010.

On March 12, 2016, the Defendant driven a D-wing truck with alcohol level of 0.135% while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.135% without obtaining a driver's license over one meter in front of “C” in Jin-si B, Jin-si.
