1. The Defendant’s KRW 45,00,000 as well as 6% per annum from July 29, 2012 to November 26, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. On July 26, 201, the Plaintiff indicated the claim 0: (a) determined that the establishment promotion committee of the Housing Redevelopment Project Association and the amount of KRW 45 million on land of 12700 square meters in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, as well as the establishment promotion committee of the Housing Redevelopment Project; (b) the period of lending from July 28, 201 to June 2012, 201; and (c) as at the time when the Plaintiff entered into a monetary loan contract, the Defendant, the chairman of the promotion committee for the establishment of the said association, as at the time when the Plaintiff entered into the said loan contract, shall jointly and severally guarantee the said obligation; (c) in light of the above circumstances, the Defendant, a joint and several surety, remitted KRW 45 million to the Defendant head of the Tong-gu on July 29, 2011; (d) the period of monetary lending from July 28, 2012 to the due date for repayment; and (e) there was no other data that the Defendant did not repay the above money.
