1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 26,137,870 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 24, 2015 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. From May 7, 2015 to July 15, 2015, the Plaintiff supplied the Defendant with the product equivalent to KRW 29,814,620, such as “Connden”, but was paid only KRW 3,676,750,00 as “connmark” and thus, the Plaintiff claimed the remainder of KRW 26,137,870. 2. Decision for deeming confession of applicable provisions of law (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act)
